The Callaway HEX Black Tour features a number of proprietary technologies that separate it from every other round, white, dimpled ball in the game. An innovative dual-core construction, durable cover material and HEX aerodynamics combine to make produce a five-piece ball with better spin separation and all-round performance than any other ball Callaway has released.
Spin separation refers to the "holy grail" of golf ball design: producing a ball that has a measured difference between the high spin generated by shorter approach shots and the optimal low-spin rates from the driver. Callaway's i-Core Technology has created a dual-core construction the maximises the difference in compression between the inner and outer layers. The soft inner core helps reduce spin off the tee, while the high-compression outer core increases spin closer the green.
Both the outer and inner mantles of the Callaway HEX Black Tour are made of ionomer blends. However, each is comprised of different ratios, affecting the resilience and hardness of each mantle. Together, the soft inner mantle and firm outer mantle protect the high-tec dual core, producing powerful ball speeds from a wider range of swing speeds.
The HEX Black Tour has improved durability thanks to Callaway's DuraSpin cover. Using a unique thermoplastic urethane blend, the HEX Black Tour prevents marks and scratches throughout the round and is very soft, giving players the high-performance feel they are seeking.
Finally, the HEX Aerodynamics produce 100 percent surface coverage, compared with round dimpled balls that traditionally cover around 88 percent. With an enchanced surface contour and a more consistent finish system, this pattern reduces drag, and promotes a stable, penetrating ball flight.

i-Core Technology- This dual core construction provides optimized spin separation from tee to green. The high spin separation helps generate longer distance off the driver and long irons due to lower spin, and higher spin closer to the green for superior greenside control. The inner and outer core recipes are adjusted so that the outer core has a high compression and the inner core an extremely soft compression. Once we have agreed on the price we can organise for the product to be picked up from you at a cost of £10 or you can send them yourself.
When we receive your goods we will verify the condition and then organise for the new product to be sent to you.

If you are not completely satisfied with the performance of the club(s) you can return them to us as long as they only have regular markings from hitting the ball and no damage to the clubs. When we receive the clubs back we will send you a gift certificate to the value of 90% of the original purchase price.
This can only be done once.
If free product is sent with the goods on a promotion it must be returned unused in the original packaging otherwise the value will be deducted from the gift certificate sent.

Affordable Golf specialise in custom fitting clubs so you get the club(s) most suitable to improve your game. Please choose from the options listed to build yourself the club(s) which will bring your handicap down. We offer a unique custom fitting service allowing amateur golfers to enjoy golf equipment adapted to their individual needs.
Please call our specialist staff if you wish any advice on which combination to choose. Standard club options will be available immediately but custom fit clubs will take between 7 and 10 working days.

Brand New - The club has never hit a ball.

Very Good - Shows very little use, could almost pass as new.

Good - You can see the club has been used but there are no sky marks, no chips to the paint work and the club face still is in good condition with minimum wear. If there are any marks they must be very light.

Fair - You can see marks on the club face and on the base but in general they have been well looked after.

Well Used - These clubs have more noticeable markings on the head or shaft. The clubs have been well used and there may be visible sky marks on the club head, wear on the club face and some markings on the shafts.
