Items must be in NEW and UNUSED condition. All returns will be inspected prior
to credit being issued. Credit will be issued for the purchase price of the item(s)
returned ,minus the cost of postage if not already covered by the purchaser.The goods must be returned within 14 days from signing for the goods in order to receive a refund, otherwise a gift certificate will be given.If the customer is not in when the goods are delivered, a card will be left by the courier either to organise re-delivery or to collect from the depot.If the customer does not follow these options they will be responsible for the postage costs in the goods being returned to Affordable Golf.
All products carry a full manufacturer’s warranty. Should there be a
problem within the manufacturer’s warranty period AffordableGolf.co.uk
will do everything possible to assist you in taking care of your particular
situation. If you should need to return an item contact AffordableGolf.co.uk
by phone or e-mail and inform them of the pending return. A Returned Goods Code (Order Number) will be need for this call.
Returned items MUST have the Returned Goods Code written on the box of the
returned item. Without agreement from AffordableGolf.co.uk return shipping charges
are the responsibility of the customer.
We recommend that the returned items are insured when shipped. All items returned
must be in new and unused condition.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS The customer is responsible for any additional duty,
taxes, brokerage fees and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items
shipped internationally. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer
for warranty replacements. The customer is also responsible for any duty, tax
or brokerage fees and insurance for replacements.
ORDER CANCELLATION -
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods for a full cash refund, otherwise you will receive a gift certificate to the same value of the goods returned.
